Journey by car

from North:
Via Nuremberg to Passau on the A9 Pyhrnautobahn, gateway Liezen, towards Salzburg until Espang, turn left over the level crossing, go along the road and pass: Niederöblarn, Öblarn, Stein/Enns until Moosheim. Turn left and follow the signs in the village to the castle.

Saving Tip: From the North exit from the Windischgarsten Pyhrnpass (950m) to Liezen, you can save yourself a tunnel tolls.

from West / North:
Via Munich / Salzburg on the A10 Tauernautobahn, gateway Ennstal / Radstadt, pass Schladming, gateway Pruggern, in direction of Sölktal. Turn right into Moosheim and follow the signs in the village to the castle.

Tip: From Nuremberg, is the preferred route for the Munich-Passau. (Same length as distance from Munich, but without the nice Bavarian jam)

from East:
A1 Westautobahn - Pyhrnautobahn until Liezen, towards Salzburg until Espang, turn left over the level crossing, go along the road and pass: Niederöblarn, Öblarn, Stein/Enns until Moosheim. Turn left and follow the signs in the village to the castle.

from South:
From Villach on the A10 Tauernautobahn, gateway Ennstal / Radstadt, pass Schladming, gateway Pruggern, in direction of Sölktal. Turn right into Moosheim and follow the signs in the village to the castle.
